Job summary

Muirs is seeking a skilled Business Applications Analyst (Level 2/3) to join our Technology team. The role sits at the intersection of BAU support and project delivery, ensuring critical systems run smoothly while driving improvements and integrations that underpin growth.

You will support day-to-day applications, troubleshoot issues, manage integrations and contribute to solution evaluations and delivery. Strong communication and a pragmatic, get-it-done attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years BSA experience, Retail experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Intermediate SQL skills and experience in troubleshooting data and integration issues
• Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS platforms, REST/SOAP APIs and ETL/middleware concepts
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience with MACH principles for ERP (Pronto, Dynamics), POS, Website, GenAI, Cloud, Data & Integrations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshooting for business-critical systems.
• Assist with integrations and solution evaluations to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with the Technology Manager and cross-functional teams to align systems with business needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure high service availability.

We are seeking a skilled Business Applications Analyst (Level 2/3) to join our growing Technology team. Sitting at the intersection of BAU support and project delivery, this role keeps our business-critical systems running while driving the system improvements and integrations that underpin our continued growth.

This role is central to enabling operational efficiency and supporting the company’s digital transformation agenda. You'll provide day-to-day application support, troubleshoot issues, manage integrations and contribute to solution evaluations and project delivery. Working closely with the Technology Manager, you'll collaborate across teams to align systems with business needs and strategic goals — ensuring high service availability and continuous improvement.

We're looking for a problem-solver with hands-on experience in application support, strong stakeholder engagement skills and a pragmatic, get-it-done attitude. You'll bring technical rigour, curiosity and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.

What you'll need:
