• Minimum of five years' relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development, including recent managerial responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, commerce or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing, implementing and managing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities, establish sales targets and manage revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
• Establish and monitor sales targets, performance indicators and business development objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within warehousing, freight distribution and logistics sectors.
• Direct marketing campaigns promoting warehousing, transport and third‑party logistics services to prospective clients.
• Manage relationships with existing commercial clients to encourage retention and long‑term partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, industry trends and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with prospective customers regarding service agreements and terms.
• Develop pricing proposals, sales presentations and tailored service solutions for customers.
• Oversee branding, promotional materials and communications to maintain a professional image.
• Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets and allocate resources for max returns.
