You bring hands-on paid acquisition experience, especially with Meta Ads and Shopify, plus a data-driven mindset to inform decisions and test new ideas. This role is office-based with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating revenue in a scale-up context.
• Hands-on paid acquisition experience, especially Meta Ads.
• Practical Shopify experience in ecommerce journeys.
• A player-coach approach setting strategy and executing on platforms.
• Strong commercial judgement on CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Sharp eye for performance creative and testing.
• Analytical rigour to interpret data and drive actions.
• Ownership mindset and pace across teams.

• Set strategy and roadmaps for performance marketing and experiments.
• Scale paid acquisition with a focus on Meta Ads and Shopify optimization.
• Own investment decisions and budget allocations balancing growth and payback.
