Job summary

Blinq, a fast-growing marketing tech company, is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own customer acquisition and revenue growth across Blinq’s product offerings. You will shape where we invest, test bold ideas, and scale campaigns with data-driven discipline.

You’ll bring hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Shopify optimization, and a player-coach approach to drive measurable results and collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to accelerate Blinq’s growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating revenue in a scale-up.
• Hands-on paid acquisition experience, especially Meta Ads.
• Experience with Shopify and improving conversion from paid traffic to checkout.
• Ability to set strategy and execute hands-on.
• Strong commercial judgement including ROI, CAC, LTV, and payback.
• Sharp eye for performance creative and messaging testing.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and attribution.
• Ownership mindset and ability to move quickly across teams to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and put it into action across product offerings, prioritising high-potential audiences and experiments.
• Scale paid acquisition by building, launching, and optimizing campaigns with emphasis on Meta Ads.
• Own investment decisions by adjusting spend based on results and ROAS.
• Turn creative into growth by working with design/brand on concepts and formats.
• Improve the path to purchase by optimizing Shopify journeys, landing pages, and offers.
• Build a disciplined testing approach across channels and experiments.
• Connect marketing activity to business outcomes with strong measurement and reporting.
• Share learnings and collaborate across marketing, product, and design.
