Job summary

Fetch Pet is seeking a Head of Growth to own the growth strategy, systems, and a small team in Sydney. You will drive acquisition, conversion, lifecycle, referrals, partnerships, and channel strategy with a creative, AI‑driven mindset.

This senior role requires 5+ years in growth at a consumer business, ownership of budgets and targets, and a track record building scalable paid engines and growth testing operations. Hybrid work and equity are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, ideally in a venture-backed consumer business.
• Ownership across growth strategy, budget, team, and targets.
• Experience building a creative or growth-testing operation.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, cohorts, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own a growth engine that compounds through weekly testing across channels, product, and lifecycle.
• Build a website and funnel that converts with a thoughtful, personal touch.
• Develop new growth routes via partnerships, vets, breeders, rescues, and community.
• Scale paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) with unit economics that scale with spend.
• Lead a small growth team and report to a co-founder.
