Job summary

Searchability® is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation through Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress landing pages and SEO. You will own campaigns, test and refine for better conversions, and support marketing automation while coordinating events and workshops.

You should bring proven lead generation experience, strong WordPress and SEO skills, and the ability to turn technical content into engaging marketing messages. This on-site role is based in Sydney CBD.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns and delivering measurable results.
Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
Strong WordPress skills, including website updates and landing page creation.
Practical SEO knowledge and an understanding of AEO.
Confidence analysing results and improving lead quality and conversion.
Strong organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and manage lead generation campaigns that turn interest into enquiries and booked appointments.
Run Google Ads and Meta campaigns and create WordPress landing pages; test, track and refine for performance.
Refresh website content and branding; strengthen visibility through SEO and AEO.
Support lead nurturing and marketing automation; organize conferences, roundtables, workshops and client events.
