Job summary

Kelly+Partners invites an Intermediate Accountant to join our Riverina team, with day-one support from Partners and senior staff. You will build solid foundations, gain exposure to multiple practice areas, and advance toward professional qualifications.

You will work closely with clients across individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs, gaining hands-on experience with Financial Statements, Tax Returns, and payroll-related reconciliations in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an Accounting Practice.
• Working towards the Chartered Accountant qualification or eager to start.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar.
• Proficient with accounting software such as APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partners and team to ensure timely client work.
• Lead preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for various clients.
• Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for entities and trusts.
• Assist with payroll tax reconciliations and workers compensation.
