Job summary

Advanced Cosmeceuticals (ACSG) is seeking an experienced ECommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to shape ACSG's growth agenda across the Beautify Skincare marketplace and brand sites. Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, you will own the digital ecosystem, lead CRM, SEO, paid media, and analytics, and partner across Sales, Operations and Finance in a hybrid Sydney-based role.

This standalone role offers autonomy, strategic influence, and a path to drive measurable revenue growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a digital marketing or eCommerce leadership role.
• Proven experience growing and optimising Shopify or similar platforms, including Shopify Plus and Klaviyo.
• Strong expertise in paid media, SEO, performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• A sharp analytical mindset, with a track record of improving conversion, retention and profitability.
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Business or a related field; beauty/retail experience valued.
• Own and influence significant eCommerce and digital marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow traffic, conversion, average order value and repeat purchase across the Beautify Skincare marketplace and brand websites.
• Own the digital marketing investment strategy across SEO, paid search, paid social, affiliate and performance channels.
• Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and loyalty programs to lift customer lifetime value.
• Manage Shopify operations, the B2B ordering portal, and agency/tech partners.
• Turn data into clear recommendations and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to implement them.
