Job summary

ALLFENIX in Melbourne is seeking a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager to own the commercial side of our online presence. This hands-on role requires you to connect paid media, website conversion, CRM, retention and the customer journey.

You\'ll be close to the numbers and the brand, owning website performance, paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok, Klaviyo email/SMS, and ecommerce planning around launches and promotions. Collaboration with Brand and Creative is key.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ecommerce experience in fashion/activewear or fast-moving consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of paid media with budgets, CAC, ROAS and performance data.
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience and lifecycle marketing expertise.
• Solid Shopify experience covering merchandising, UX and CRO.
• Analytical mindset with proactive approach to optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Own website performance, conversion rate optimization, merchandising and UX.
• Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok with agency collaboration.
• Manage Email/SMS flows and campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Plan ecommerce launches, campaigns and promotions.
• Optimise site merchandising and storytelling for right timing.
• Provide digital performance reporting on revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC, ROAS, retention and LTV.
• Identify opportunities along the customer journey and translate to actions.
• Grow repeat purchase and strengthen retention and CRM strategy.
