Stellantis Australia in Port Melbourne is seeking a Data Analyst & Performance Marketing Specialist to drive data analysis and reporting for the marketing team. You will deliver insights, identify opportunities, and support sales and marketing objectives with data-driven recommendations.

The role focuses on consistency in marketing execution, efficiency improvements, and forward-looking analytics, including forecasting and marketing mix modelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, analytics or performance roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Google and Meta advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Data Studio and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Leverage GA4, BigQuery, Salesforce Marketing & Sales Cloud, Nidasu, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Power BI.
• Build self-service dashboards and reports from data.
• Identify marketing performance issues and test improvements.
• Set and analyze weekly/monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Provide audience, campaign and performance insights to guide decisions.
• Deliver forecasting and planning including Marketing Mix Modelling.
• Produce regular performance reports and monitor trends.
• Collaborate with website teams to optimize traffic, tagging and lead conversion.
• Support data initiatives with clear process documentation.
