Job summary

MET Phys and Elevation Studios, based in Highfields, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Business Manager to own financial operations across two growing allied health businesses. You will manage Xero, Halaxy, HubDoc, and Ezidebit, drive budgeting and reporting, and lead payroll and rostering with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

The role demands a strong understanding of NDIS, DVA, aged care, and Medicare funding models.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Practice Manager/Business Manager in a multi-disciplinary allied health setting.
• Experience with NDIS, DVA, aged care and Medicare funding models.
• Diploma of Practice Management or equivalent qualification.
• AAPM member or actively working towards CPM status.
• Strong leadership and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial systems across MET Phys and Elevation Studios (Xero, Halaxy, HubDoc, Ezidebit).
• Own budgeting, cash flow management and reporting for both businesses.
• Manage payroll start-to-finish and rostering aligned to demand.
• Ensure compliance and reporting across NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, aged care and Medicare.
• Drive process improvements and rollout of new systems across the team.
• Oversee integration of AI tools into financial and operational workflows.
