Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's qualification in Community Services, Disability, Nursing, Health, or Business.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in disability, aged care, community services, or a similar sector.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, client relationship management, or service growth.
• Strong understanding of NDIS and person-centred care principles.
• Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current Working With Children Check (where applicable).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and referral pathways.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, hospitals, and community organisations.
• Promote the organisation's services through networking, marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
• Develop strategies to increase participant numbers and service utilisation.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, meetings, and community forums.
• Oversee participant intake, assessment, onboarding, and ongoing support planning.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with individual care plans and participant goals.
• Monitor participant satisfaction and address concerns or complaints promptly.
• Conduct regular reviews of participant progress and service outcomes.
