Job summary

The Thoughtful Agency is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships for a portfolio of founder-led fashion and lifestyle brands. You’ll coordinate delivery across services, translate goals into briefs, and ensure every account runs to a high standard.

You’ll bring 3+ years in account management and performance marketing, proven campaign management across major ad platforms, strong analytics, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management and performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role within a digital agency.
• Proven track record of managing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights and optimise campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the account-level plan and roadmap, aligning services to client objectives, e-commerce goals and KPIs.
• Act as the primary client contact, building trust through proactive communication and insights.
• Translate client requests into clear briefs for specialist teams.
• Guide and brief across disciplines to ensure plans meet the brief and are delivered to scope.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across the account, coordinating teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Take ownership of account revenue and retention targets with discipline leads on growth recommendations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports with support from the Account Director.
• Identify barriers to growth (UX, checkout, offers) and work with clients to address them.
• Track budgets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
