Job summary

The Thoughtful Agency is seeking a Senior Performance Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and drive multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. You will mentor team members and stay hands-on where needed to optimise performance.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will design integrated strategies, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven insights with a focus on growth and client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing within an agency environment.
• Proven success managing large-scale, high-performing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing performance or account management role.
• Strong track record of client growth, retention, and stakeholder management.
• Skilled in using data tools and dashboards (e.g. Google Analytics, Shopify, Supermetrics) to inform strategic decisions.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are desirable.
• Experience coaching and mentoring other team members, with demonstrated leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated account strategy across active channels with channel leads for a unified performance narrative.
• Design and lead multi-channel performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and commercial goals.
• Develop media plans, forecasts and budgets, ensuring ROI optimisation.
• Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to team members on campaign planning and best practices.
• Ensure advanced tracking (UTMs, pixels, tag management) for accurate performance analysis.
