Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management and performance marketing within a digital agency.
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client management with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce strategies and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the account-level plan and roadmap, aligning services to client objectives and KPIs.
• Act as the primary client contact, building trust through proactive communication.
• Translate client requests into briefs for specialist teams.
• Guide and brief cross-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and keep work within scope and schedule.
• Own account revenue and retention targets with discipline leads on growth ideas.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports with insights.
• Identify growth barriers and work with clients to address UX, offers and fatigue.
• Track budgets and KPIs, collaborating across creative, strategy and specialists.
