The Thoughtful Agency is a digital performance marketing group specialising in fashion, lifestyle, and beauty brands. We seek a sharp Account Manager to own client relationships and coordinate across services, translating goals into briefs and ensuring accounts run to a high standard.

You'll guide brief creation, coordinate delivery, and maintain strong communication with clients while leveraging your understanding of the e-commerce landscape to drive results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management and performance marketing in a digital agency.
• Experience managing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Strong analytics to extract insights and optimise campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and client management with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the account-level plan and roadmap, aligning services to client objectives and KPIs.
• Act as the primary client contact, building trust through proactive communication and insights.
• Translate client requests into briefs for specialist teams.
• Coordinate delivery across disciplines and ensure work is on time and to scope.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across the account with discipline leads on growth recommendations.
• Take ownership of account revenue and retention targets.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Identify barriers to growth (UX, checkout, offers) and address them with clients.
• Track budgets and progress against KPIs and goals.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and specialists to meet briefs.
