You will leverage an established industry network to engage with senior executives, government bodies and property owners, driving tenders, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives in a professional services context.

Qualifications

• Established industry network with a track record of generating new business in property, construction or professional services.
• Credibility to engage with senior executives, government, institutional clients and owners.
• Health, aged care, government or commercial property networks are advantageous.
• Experience with tenders, proposals, government procurement and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business growth with focus on health and targeted sectors.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and convert opportunities into engagements.
• Identify emerging markets, funding initiatives and new service opportunities.
• Lead major pursuits from initial engagement through proposals, negotiations and appointment.
• Develop scopes, resourcing and commercially sustainable fees with project leaders.
• Maintain oversight of pipeline, conversion, revenue and win rates.
• Represent the business across relevant industry networks and forums.
