Sharp & Carter Brisbane Professional is seeking an ambitious executive to spearhead commercial expansion and operational development. The role demands hands-on leadership to win major clients, scale teams and deliver profitable growth across health, wellbeing and workforce performance sectors.

The successful candidate will shape growth strategy, strengthen organisational capability, and drive sustainable performance, reporting to the Founder and collaborating with senior leadership and Boards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive professional experience.
• Proven enterprise business development and strategic sales record.
• Experience selling complex services or recurring revenue offerings.
• Accountable for revenue, margins, and profitability.
• Experience leading teams and scaling operations.
• Strong commercial acumen across budgeting, pricing and performance.
• Ability to engage senior executives and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and operational evolution of the business.
• Drive major new business opportunities and market expansion.
• Develop segmentation and growth strategy for sustainable revenue.
• Build a scalable, repeatable revenue engine and lead the sales team.
• Improve utilisation, profitability and operational performance.
• Strengthen leadership capability and investment readiness.
• Implement systems and processes reducing dependence on key individuals.
• Drive AI adoption across customer, sales and operations workflows.
