Job summary

The Entourage in Sydney seeks an Elevate Business Coach to partner with ambitious entrepreneurs, diagnosing growth constraints and turning strategy into measurable results across marketing, sales, product, operations, finance and people.

You’ll run 1:1 coaching sessions, build 12-month roadmaps, help optimize revenue and profitability, and leverage AI to accelerate execution. This hybrid role blends mentoring, commercial strategy and account management with a high-growth client portfolio.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience across one or more of: business coaching, sales, marketing, or operations.
Strong commercial acumen with whole-of-business thinking.
Experience working with founders or senior decision-makers is preferred.

Responsibilities

Run impactful 1:1 coaching sessions with established business owners across Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance and People.
Diagnose constraints and identify high-impact opportunities for revenue, profitability and growth.
Create personalised 12-month roadmaps and 90-day strategic plans.
Help members develop marketing strategies across positioning, messaging, customer acquisition, campaigns and lead generation.
Design and improve sales processes from qualification to close.
Coach across Product, Operations, Finance and People when those areas become the primary constraint.
Monitor progress, maintain accountability and ensure strategy turns into implementation.
