Fetch Pet is hiring a Head of Growth in Sydney to own the strategy, system, and team behind Australia’s fastest-growing pet insurance brand. You will report to a co-founder and build a compounding growth engine using AI-native testing and creative-led strategies across paid, lifecycle, and partnerships to scale the brand nationwide.

You will lead growth initiatives, shape the budget and team, and work at the intersection of AI and brand-building to deliver a magical customer experience beyond

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth experience in venture-backed consumer businesses.
• Deep expertise in performance marketing and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback).
• Ambitious, AI-forward leader who thrives in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a compounding growth engine with weekly testing rhythms across creative, paid channels, and product funnels.
• Pioneer new acquisition routes through vets, breeders, and community partnerships while scaling paid channels on Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Implement an AI-native testing system to optimize landing pages, offers, and lifecycle campaigns weekly.
