My Guardian in Australia seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in aged care and disability services across Queensland. The role focuses on building referral networks, promoting services, and expanding brand presence with hospitals, GPs and community groups.

You will manage client onboarding, coordinate with operations, and nurture relationships from inquiry to active service, aiming to exceed onboarding KPIs. Travel and a valid driver's licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development or intake-focused role.
• Strong understanding of Home Care Packages, NDIS, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• High-level communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take initiative, exercise good judgment and work autonomously.
• Experience using CRM or care management systems (desirable).
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, families and external stakeholders.
• Actively promote My Guardian's services, brand and values through networking and outreach.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across referral networks, partnerships and events.
• Conduct initial consultations to understand service needs and convert leads into active clients.
• Meet onboarding KPIs through proactive lead generation and efficient conversion strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing and referrals initiatives and liaise with hospitals, GPs and community groups.
