Century 21 Wilson Pride is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our Property Management division in Melbourne. You will generate and convert new management opportunities across Melbourne's south-east, conduct rental appraisals, and build strong relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners.

You will work with the sales team and databases to uncover opportunities, maintain a solid pipeline, and contribute to lead tracking, KPIs, reporting and conversion

Business Development Manager – Property Management

Century 21 Wilson Pride is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our established Property Management division and help shape the next stage of our growth.

This is not a role where you will be handed a phone and told to “go find business”.

You will be joining a well-established agency with a large rent roll, strong local presence, existing databases, referral opportunities and the operational support needed to convert opportunities into sustainable growth.

The Role

Your primary focus will be generating and converting new property management business across Melbourne’s south-east.

You will:

• Generate and convert new management opportunities

• Conduct rental appraisals and meet with rental providers and investors

• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners

• Work with our sales team and existing database to uncover opportunities

• Maintain an active pipeline and strong follow-up process

• Develop referral and prospecting strategies

• Help build and improve our BDM systems, procedures and workflows

• Contribute to lead tracking, KPIs, reporting and conversion strategies

A key part of this role is helping us further develop a structured and scalable Business Development function.

We want someone who can not only bring in new business but contribute ideas around how opportunities are generated, tracked, followed up and converted.

Who We're Looking For

We are open to either an experienced Property Management BDM or a strong Property Manager, Leasing Consultant or real estate professional looking to move into a dedicated growth role.

You will ideally have:

• Real estate experience, preferably within Property Management

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence dealing with landlords and investors

• Excellent follow-up and organisation

• A proactive, commercially minded approach

• Confidence using technology and systems

• The ability to take ownership of your results

• A current Victorian Driver Licence & Real Estate Licence

Experience developing BDM systems or growth procedures is highly regarded but not essential.
