Job summary

Love Tilly Group in Sydney is seeking a Group Sales & Events Manager to own the group bookings, events, and corporate relationships across our venues.

You will prospect, nurture, and close bookings, work with restaurant managers and marketing, and ensure guests have an exceptional Love Tilly experience.

This full-time role offers a dynamic pipeline, cross-venue collaboration, and opportunities to grow with a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading group sales and events.
• Ability to convert enquiries into bookings and build relationships.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the group events calendar across Love Tilly Group.
• Manage and grow the group booking pipeline from enquiry to event.
• Develop event packages and offerings across our venues.
• Build corporate partnerships and brand collaborations.
• Generate new business and actively pursue leads.
• Manage large bookings and high-value guest relationships.
• Work with Marketing on lead generation and events.
• Own guest profiling, CRM and SevenRooms best practice.
• Manage event budgets, contracts and commercial arrangements.
• Analyse booking performance, guest behaviour and market opportunities.
• Work with venue teams to deliver events without the wheels falling off.
• Report on sales, events, guest feedback and commercial opportunities.
• Help make sure our venues are operating at capacity
