Job summary

Cho Cho San, a premier dining venue in Potts Point, NSW, part of The Apollo Restaurant Group, seeks an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team. We're looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.

Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations, developing your team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll also oversee bar operations, including beverage ordering, supplier management, stocktakes and inventory control.
