Job summary

MYOB in Australia is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Practice portfolio's product and commercial strategy. You’ll drive AI-powered workflows, reimagine customer experiences and embed AI across product discovery and delivery.

You’ll report to the Head of Product, Practice, and lead a team of Product Managers to deliver measurable business outcomes while collaborating with Design, Technology, Data and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong product discovery and strategic thinking using data.
• Experience coaching Product Managers to build high‑performing teams.
• Commercial acumen using customer, product and financial data to guide investments.
• Experience delivering AI‑enabled products with governance and privacy awareness.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product, customer and commercial strategy across your portfolio.
• Translate strategy into a clear roadmap with Design, Technology, Data and Product Marketing.
• Drive customer‑led discovery using research, experiments and data.
• Develop and coach a team of Product Managers with a culture of ownership.
• Champion the thoughtful adoption of AI in customer experiences and product discovery.
• Influence senior stakeholders and manage portfolio investment and growth.
