Job summary

The Onset Group in Sydney is hiring a Head of Product for an AI Intelligence Platform. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and leads an enterprise AI portfolio spanning NLP, data enrichment, APIs and agent frameworks.

You will shape the product strategy, build and coach a team of Product Managers, collaborate with Data Science, Engineering and Commercial teams, and ensure AI outcomes are explainable, auditable and tightly aligned with customer needs and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Senior Product leadership experience in AI or enterprise software.
• Proven track record shipping AI products into production.
• Ability to lead and develop Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Set the AI portfolio vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Identify the customer problems where AI can create value.
• Lead Product strategy across AI, NLP, agents, APIs and developer capabilities.
• Establish measures for accuracy, precision, recall and explainability.
• Shape model strategy with Data Science and Engineering.
• Build and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Define priority use cases, go-to-market plans, pricing and packaging.
• Grow the partner, developer and technology ecosystem.
• Drive adoption, expansion and commercial outcomes.
