Job summary

MYOB is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Practice portfolio, guiding AI-powered workflows and real-time financial record capabilities for Australian and New Zealand firms.

Reporting to the Head of Product, Practice, you’ll grow a team of Product Managers, shape strategy and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver valuable, scalable solutions in a fast-evolving AI-enabled landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product teams in B2B SaaS.
• Strong product discovery and strategic thinking.
• Experience coaching Product Managers and building teams.
• Commercial acumen with data-driven investment decisions.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products with governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead product, customer and commercial strategy across your portfolio.
• Translate strategy into a roadmap with Design, Technology, Data and Product Marketing to deliver value.
• Drive customer-led discovery using research, experimentation and data.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Champion the thoughtful adoption of AI in experiences and processes.
• Influence senior stakeholders and manage portfolio growth opportunities.
