Job summary

Nook Tiny Homes Australia seeks a Group General Manager to lead a profitable Australian and New Zealand group delivering prefabricated homes, modular buildings and off-grid solutions. Based on the Gold Coast, you will own performance across Australia and New Zealand, with a mandate to grow revenue while preserving quality, delivery and culture.

The role offers a base salary of $180,000–$200,000 plus superannuation, a performance incentive and a pathway to long-term equity.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager or senior operations leader with P&L, budgeting and cash-flow accountability.
• Experience guiding owner-led or privately held businesses through growth and professionalisation.
• Strong manufacturing, construction, modular building or related operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Continue the group’s growth trajectory toward $10 million revenue and profitability targets.
• Build a capable management structure to reduce founder dependence.
• Strengthen production planning, delivery reliability and capacity management.
• Develop government, institutional or major contract relationships.
• Protect and strengthen the brands’ reputation across Australia and New Zealand.
• Establish governance, reporting and management disciplines for scalable growth.
