Frontline Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for a busy pub in Sydney's Northern Suburbs. You will work closely with the Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, mentor junior team members, and uphold high standards across a fast-paced service.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with a competitive AUD$90,000 to AUD$95,000 salary per year. Candidates should have 3–5 years' sous chef or senior kitchen experience and relevant food-safety certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen position in a pub/restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen compliance.
• Proven ability to manage kitchen staff, delegate effectively, and maintain morale under pressure.
• Solid understanding of costing, portion control, and food waste management.
• Experience working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and adapting menus to availability and customer demand.
