Job summary

Coates Group in Sydney, Australia, seeks a Director, Group FP&A to lead the group planning, forecasting and performance reporting. You will own the budgeting cycle, drive 18-month forecasts, and mature SOP integration across regions, partnering with senior stakeholders and Workday Adaptive Planning.

You'll build a high-performing FP&A team, advance data quality and automation, and contribute to enterprise-wide financial analysis and capital allocation decisions in a fast-growing, global

Qualifications

• Experience owning group level budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Proven ability to present SLT and Board level reporting.
• Hands-on with enterprise planning systems and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group planning and forecasting cycle, including budget and rolling forecast.
• Consolidate segment inputs into a single Group view of revenue and EBITDA.
• Lead monthly SLT and Board reporting pack with KPI commentary and risks.
• Set group planning standards, hierarchies and version control.
• Drive 18-month rolling forecast and three-statement view.
• Own Workday Adaptive Planning architecture and roadmap.
• Build SOP integration between demand, supply and financial forecast.
