Talent Capital Partners Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager – FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across the Group. You will partner with senior executives to deliver commercial insights, performance reviews and robust executive reporting.

This role requires advanced financial modelling and a proactive approach to strategic analysis. You will develop models for strategic initiatives, support M&A decisions and drive improvements in FP&A processes.

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning for the Group.

• Provide analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives and investments.

• Monitor key drivers to identify risks, opportunities and trends.
• Oversee cost performance, headcount investment and capital allocation.
• Drive forecast accuracy, financial discipline and accountability.
• Strengthen FP&A frameworks, controls and reporting with automation.
• Mentor and support the broader FP&A team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager – FP&A to join a growing Financial Services business in a newly created role.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this is a broad and commercially focused position that will play a key role across Group financial planning, forecasting and performance management. You will partner closely with senior executives and business leaders, providing the financial insights and analysis that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning across the Group.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to provide commercial insight and challenge business assumptions.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including detailed variance analysis, forecasting and forward-looking commentary.
• Develop high-quality executive and Board reporting, translating complex financial information into clear commercial insights.
• Provide analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and M&A activity.
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support commercial decision-making.
• Monitor key business drivers, identifying emerging risks, opportunities and performance trends.
• Provide oversight across cost performance, headcount investment and capital allocation.
• Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, financial discipline and accountability across the business.
• Strengthen FP&A frameworks, processes, controls and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
• Act as a senior member of the FP&A function, supporting and mentoring the broader team.

You will be an experienced FP&A professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-entity environment.
