Job summary

You'll apply advanced credit, structuring and negotiation skills within a specialist team, overseeing policy implementation, risk monitoring and cross-functional collaboration across Risk

Qualifications

• Experience across business or commercial credit, relationship banking, restructuring or insolvency.
• Strong credit assessment and financial analysis capability with sound judgement.
• Experience managing customer relationships, including turnaround or restructuring.
• Compassionate and practical communication, with courage to be firm when needed.
• Tenacity and accountability to turn decisions into outcomes.
• Curious and adaptable, able to challenge assumptions and explore options.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business customers experiencing financial difficulty, considering individual circumstances.
• Conduct robust financial and credit analysis to understand position and options.

• Lead sensitive negotiations with customers and stakeholders.

• Balance customer outcomes with risk, commercial considerations and regulatory obligations.
• Provide credit monitoring, reporting and policy guidance to Risk teams and partners.
