Job summary

NAB in Sydney seeks a Director to lead the Credit Structuring & Execution function, driving performance across a large team serving corporate clients.

You will partner with Coverage, Risk and Product teams to structure and execute complex lending solutions, ensuring high credit quality and strong customer outcomes while managing risk across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Corporate, Institutional or Specialised Finance banking environments with deep credit and transaction execution expertise.
• Proven leadership capability, including leading large teams and developing high-performing banking professionals.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to assess complex transactions, risks and capital allocation opportunities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with credibility to influence senior leaders, clients and risk partners.
