Campsie RSL Group is seeking a motivated Group Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Department. This full-time, on-site role provides accounting support across the Group, including reconciliations, month-end reporting and preparation of financial documentation.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, duties include processing transactions, bank and supplier reconciliations, BAS/IAS/GST, journals and helping with accounts payable.

Qualifications

• Interest in accounting, bookkeeping or finance with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop accounting skills in a team.
• Experience in accounting or finance-related roles is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Process financial transactions and maintain general ledger records.
• Complete bank, balance sheet and supplier reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Prepare journals, accruals and prepayments; assist with accounts payable.
• Maintain audit-ready working papers and supporting schedules.
