The All Nations Group Ltd in Sydney's Cabramatta area is seeking an Assistant Accountant to support the finance team in the aged care and disability sector. This role focuses on reconciliations, journal entries and month-end processes.

You will back up AP and AR, prepare BAS/GST/PAYG, and contribute to management reporting while building accounting experience in a growing multi-entity organisation that serves culturally diverse communities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in accounting, finance or commerce.
• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with reconciliations and Xero, MYOB or similar.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Aged care, disability, healthcare or community services experience.
• Membership of, or working towards, CPA or CA is desirable.
• Languages other than English (Chinese, Vietnamese, Khmer) helpful.
• Previous aged care experience is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Preparing journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Completing daily, weekly and monthly bank and account reconciliations.
• Assisting with month-end close and management reporting.
• Preparing BAS, GST and PAYG reconciliations.
• Maintaining the fixed asset register and intercompany accounts.
• Backing up AP and AR, including Support at Home claims and billing.
• Supporting audit and compliance requirements.
