Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Business are essential.
• CA/CPA qualifications are highly desirable.
• Hands-on financial management, reporting, and systems development.
• Managing HR systems, compliance, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Guiding an end-to-end ERP system transition and managing tax incentives, government grants, and R&D funding.
• Reviewing contracts, insurances, and risk management.
• Collaborating with external accountants to advise on strategic growth.
