Zusammenfassung

Sherbourne Terrace in Northern Victoria is seeking an experienced Accountant to oversee management accounts for a multi-entity operation including hospitality, primary production and rental properties. You will manage payroll, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, cash flow forecasting and financial reporting.

The role requires strong Xero expertise, payroll experience for 50+ staff, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Oversee weekly payroll processing.

• Carry out other bookkeeping and ad hoc duties.

We are a family owned and run business based in Northern Victoria and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join our business to oversee the Management Accounts for our Multi-Entity Organisation which includes business' in the following industries:

Hospitality - Sherbourne Terrace Hotel

Primary Production - Allendale Orchards 300 Acres

Rental Properties - Commercial and Residential

The main duties and responsibilities are to oversee the Financial Function and include:

Processing weekly Payroll

Daily Bank Reconciliations

Processing Accounts Payable and Receivable

Forecasting and Monitoring of Cash Flows

Preparation of Financial Reports

Liaising with External Stake Holders and Accountants

Rental Property Management and Reconciliation

Other Bookkeeping and Ad Hoc Administration Duties

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

Strong working history of using Xero

Experience in Payroll (50+ Team)

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strong attention to detail

Proven experience in high level accounting

The ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Self motivated Team Player

Full Time 5 Days Monday to Friday OR Part Time 4 Days Tuesday to Friday
