Sterling NT is seeking a motivated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate delivery of our ground's maintenance contracts. The role reports to the Grounds Division Manager and requires an eye for quality, strong communication, and the ability to guide field teams in the NT.
You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure safety and standards, and liaise with clients and contractors to meet contract deliverables, while driving continuous improvement across sites.
