Ingenia Holidays Bermagui is seeking a hands-on Grounds & Maintenance Officer to keep our coastal park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming for guests.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll prune, weed, mow, mulching, and carry out repairs while responding to maintenance requests. You’ll work with residents and visitors, uphold safety standards, and help maintain pool areas and general site presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven grounds and maintenance experience.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance.
• Able to work with residents/guests and teams.
• Current C class driver licence or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain all garden areas: pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.
• Keep grounds clean and safe: clear debris, bin collection, weed/pest spray, pool areas where applicable.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance: tools, lighting, fencing, BBQs and painting tasks.
• Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests and log activities accurately.
• Support site presentation and security by reporting damage and coordinating with trades as needed.

We're on the lookout for a full-time Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Bermagui Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming - ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well-maintained environment every day.

In this Role, You'll

• Maintain all garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.
• Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris, collecting bins, spraying for weeds/pests, and maintaining pool areas (if applicable).
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including tools, equipment, lighting, fixtures, fencing, BBQs and basic painting.
• Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests, provide feedback on contractor work, and eliminate issues to trades when needed.
• Support site presentation and security by reporting damage or incidents and accurately logging all maintenance and repair activities.
