Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Team Lead for Bermagui Holidays, overseeing the cleaning of rooms, cabins and common areas to ensure guest comfort and health standards. You will lead a small team, manage supplies, and uphold safety practices in a fast-paced coastal environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high housekeeping standards by cleaning rooms, cabins, and common areas to meet health and guest expectations.
• Handle tasks like making beds, restocking supplies, and ensuring appliances are in working order, reporting any issues promptly.
• Manage cleaning equipment and supplies, keeping storage areas tidy and assisting with stock takes.
• Work in a fast-paced, physical environment that involves lifting, bending, and walking across the site, using PPE and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Support the team by taking on additional duties as required and embracing opportunities for cross-training and learning new skills.

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Housekeeping Team Lead to join our team at our Bermagui Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key part in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests by maintaining high housekeeping standards. You’ll lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional experiences for guests and residents—while having fun along the way!

Bermagui Holidays offers a relaxed coastal getaway, with stunning ocean surrounds, great facilities, and easy access to the Sapphire Coast's natural beauty and attractions.
