Job summary

Ingenia Communities in Eden Beachfront Holidays is hiring a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to keep the park looking beautiful, safe and welcoming for guests. Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll perform garden care, pruning, mowing, cleaning and minor repairs.

You’ll work with residents and guests, respond to requests, and help maintain pool areas and site safety. A current C class driver license and a hands-on, reliable approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds and garden maintenance.
• Ability to carry out pruning, mowing, mulching and planting.
• Capable of minor repairs and painting.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and guests.
• Hold a current 'C' class driver license.

• Maintain garden areas and grounds daily.

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Eden Beachfront Holidayssite.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming - ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well-maintained environment every day.

In this Role, You’ll

• Maintain all garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.


• Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris, collecting bins, spraying for weeds/pests, and maintaining pool areas (if applicable).


• Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including tools, equipment, lighting, fixtures, fencing, BBQs and basic painting.


• Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests, provide feedback on contractor work, and escalates issues to trades when needed.


• Support site presentation and security by reporting damage or incidents and accurately logging all maintenance and repair activities.
