Job summary

Gridsight is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to own data integration with utility customers, ensuring they derive value quickly and seamlessly from our platform.

The role is half customer-facing and half hands-on data work: you’ll gather requirements, review incoming data, onboard it into the platform, improve validation, and help automate steps to keep deliveries moving and high quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in technical business analyst roles or related fields.
• Experience with data integration and data wrangling in customer-facing contexts.
• Ability to communicate technical data requirements to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with utility customers to explain data requirements, formats, and delivery expectations.
• Review incoming data against schemas and quality standards, providing constructive feedback.
• Onboard customer data into the Gridsight platform using existing tooling and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual steps, improve validation, and raise data quality and repeatability.
• Drive data deliveries to completion with proactive follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Manage complex customer situations, timelines, and shifting priorities with composure.
