Job summary

Gridsight is seeking a senior leader to own global implementation, guiding a team that turns raw customer grid data into a trusted Gridsight model. You will scale delivery, build an Implementation Centre of Excellence and empower regional teams to own end-to-end deployment.

You will drive standards, tooling, and repeatable playbooks across regions, while partnering with Product and Engineering to remove deployment constraints. This is a player-coach role with strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global implementation teams.
• Strong program management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to design scalable delivery models and operating routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global implementation function and regional teams to raise delivery quality and time-to-value.
• Build the Implementation Centre of Excellence with standards, interfaces and playbooks.
• Enable regional delivery with clear governance, roles and readiness gates.
• Automate repeatable work and translate lessons into scalable tools and assets.
