Job summary

Gridsight is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to own data integration with customers, ensuring they gain value from the Gridsight platform quickly and seamlessly.

You'll split time between direct customer conversations and hands-on data wrangling, configuring the system, and onboarding data using our tooling and workflows. The role combines technical data work with stakeholder management and problem-solving in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical business analyst roles or similar.
• Experience using SQL to analyse, validate, and wrangle messy datasets.
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting-style roles with external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time and priorities across multiple engagements.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with utility customers to understand data requirements, formats, and delivery.
• Review incoming customer data against schemas and quality standards, provide feedback.
• Onboard customer data into the platform using tooling and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual steps and improve tooling and validation.
• Drive data deliveries to completion and maintain momentum during implementation.
• Manage complex customer situations with composure under pressure.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve the data onboarding process.
