Job summary

Gridsight is seeking a senior leader to own global implementation, turning a customer’s raw grid data into an accurate model inside Gridsight’s platform and delivering value from data transformations. You will lead the team responsible for extracting, validating and transforming data, ensuring ongoing updates as utility networks evolve.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global implementation function and regional implementation teams to raise delivery quality and value.
• Build the Implementation Centre of Excellence with standards, interfaces, templates and reusable assets.
• Enable regional delivery by defining capabilities, roles, capacity and governance for independent delivery.
• Automate repeatable work and turn implementation knowledge into scalable systems, tools and assets.
• Own data landing as an automation service area and coordinate with Data Platform on transformation tooling and warehouse design.
