Job summary

Gridsight is hiring an Implementation Project Manager to lead multi-year technology partnerships with utility executives. You will own end-to-end delivery from signing to live go-live and business-as-usual transition, coordinating Gridsight’s in-house SMEs across data, product and engineering.

You’ll balance commercial and technical priorities to deliver value. Expect to run 2–4 implementations concurrently, protect the critical path, and maintain trusted executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running multiple, 7-figure enterprise-grade projects, implementations or integrations end to end with accountability for the outcome.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery plan for each customer, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing and critical path.
• Coordinate a cross-functional Gridsight team across Customer Data, Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
• Manage customer relationships and act as the face of Gridsight through delivery and handover to Customer Success.
• Escalate early with recommendations to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Drive improvements by feeding lessons back into templates, tooling and processes.
