• Outstanding written communication, editing and content design skills.
• Experience creating learning materials, guides and user resources.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with leaders, project teams and SMEs.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, practical content.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change and communication activities aligned to project milestones and organisational readiness.
• Create engaging communications and change materials including key messages, FAQs, leader briefing packs, presentations, intranet content and stakeholder updates.
• Translate complex system, process and policy changes into clear, plain-English communications.
• Partner with project teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand impacts, validate messaging and support adoption.
