You will own change activities, design and embed effective communications, and work within the Change Governance Framework to ensure coordinated, lasting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience delivering change initiatives and developing internal communications content.
• Experience within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
• Passionate about change management and driving positive business outcomes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver fit-for-purpose change management programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion change management across MI initiatives, supporting project teams and business representatives to effectively manage change within their areas.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate, design, and deliver MI-specific communications.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Medical Indemnity Change Governance Management Framework.
• Proactively drive adoption of change methodologies and tools across MI initiatives.
