Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale GRC programs across business and technology domains.
• Strong knowledge of GRC operating models and defence lines.
• Proven track record delivering third-party cloud solutions.
• Experience managing IT & business stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience with structured PMO processes: risks, issues, budgeting, governance artefacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Experience driving process standardisation, ideally using Signavio.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise GRC transformation delivery across business processes, technology, data, integration, security and change.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, financials, risks, issues, dependencies and governance artefacts.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure alignment with PMO stage-gate approvals and reporting deadlines.
• Drive standardisation of processes to fit out-of-the-box GRC operating models.
• Oversee data extraction, migration, cutover and transition to BAU.
• Engage with GMs, executives and senior stakeholders in a government environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
