Job summary

CyberCX is seeking a Manager with deep Governance, Risk and Compliance knowledge to lead security teams and deliver complex projects. You will mentor consultants, communicate with clients to build trust, and support the lifecycle from opportunity qualification to closure.

Strong stakeholder engagement and security domain expertise are essential. Based in Australia, you will work within CyberCX’s regional teams to drive cross-practice initiatives and maintain client relationships while adhering

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience with major security frameworks (NIST, ISM, PCI DSS, Essential Eight, PSPF).
• Diploma level or higher ICT qualification with relevant security experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead security projects in Governance, Risk and Compliance across cross-practice initiatives.
• Mentor and guide consultants, ensuring delivery excellence and client trust.
• Prepare high-quality reports detailing security issues and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and capture new opportunities.
• Collaborate horizontally across CyberCX to add value and improve outcomes.
